The house layout is nice. Definitely needs some paint, correcting up in several places and new furnishings. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place alone is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, and also the location was awesome, but it's just about the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain also much, but basically the windows have been all really in need of replacement, as have been the doorways, the trim, much of the home furniture, and many others.
Excellent location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting out to take in evening meal at sunset. Saw dolphins almost every day! The place was an ideal getaway and we savored coming back into a clean and roomy place after days on the beach!
